Internet users all over the world can easily distinguish between an article written for humans and write-ups that are produced for the benefit of search engines. Before hiring an SEO agency make sure they'll send you monthly reports of what they've done and the difference it's made to your rankings for the agreed search terms. A good SEO agency will have someone who is fluent in English, even if they are located in another country.
