Dear All,

It’s hard to believe that we only have one more week before the Holiday Recess. Enjoy the winter weather that has finally blanketed our green mountains and river valleys.  I always feel like living in Vermont is like someone putting a postcard in front of our eyes wherever we look.  So much beauty!

Best regards,

Thoughts for the day: The holiday time can be such a busy time for many of us.  It is a time of giving as well as receiving. During the holidays don’t forget to give yourself the gift of time and use it to re-charge your batteries.  Allowing yourself to receive is just as important as it is to give. Putting yourself on the calendar is just as important as anything else that you have to do!

Cafeteria - Student Accounts – Just a reminder that before you receive a low balance letter or phone call, please consider making a regular payment to keep the account current with available funds in it. You are welcome to contact Wendy Barr at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to inquire about your son(s) and/or daughter(s) account balance.

Using the Cafeteria at Woodstock Union High School

Your student will have an account in the cafeteria set up with their unique ID. This number is on their student ID, which can be scanned as they go through the line or students can memorize the number and input onto the keypad. At this point the amount will be charged to their account. A few things to note regarding accounts:

Student accounts MUST BE PREPAID. Please send your checks to:
WUHSMS Cafeteria, 100 Amsden Way Woodstock, VT 05091
or send your check in with your student to deliver to the cafeteria.

Please be aware of your student's balance. Students are warned when balances are low. Emails are sent to parents when the amount in arrears is over $10.00, but we ask that you keep the account current.

Our software enables reports to be run on any student, so if you have a question on what is being charged please don't hesitate to contact us.
