The Ray Pellegrini “Reach for the Stars” Scholarship

Ray Pellegrini spent 32 years in education as an educator, and administrator in the schools of Vermont. Ray was a champion for the children he served. He would ask the question “ How can we make it better for the children?” As Executive Director of the Vermont Principals’ Association he was an active advocate for primary and secondary education in the state Legislature.
