For: Seniors at Vermont secondary schools (or similar schools in adjoining states) whose parents are legal Vermont residents, or seniors in adjacent states whose normal attendance area is a Vermont school.

American Legion Department of Vermont PDC Huzon "Jerry" Stewart Scholarship Awards:

  • One $1,500 scholarship

  • One $1,000 scholarship

  • Ten $500 scholarships

Eligibility:

  • Seniors attending a Vermont secondary school (or similar school in an adjoining state) whose parents are legal Vermont residents, OR

  • Seniors in an adjacent state whose normal high school attendance area is a Vermont secondary school

  • Applicants must be U.S. residents
